Evaluation path

Open the read-only Personal demo, inspect the core workflow and roadmap, then request an account only when the current capabilities fit your needs.

Add your starting point

After email verification and account approval, use the getting-started list on Overview. Add a checking or savings account with its current balance, or connect a supported bank. Zero is a valid balance; an unavailable balance needs attention before you use it for planning.

Plan your next payday and bills

Add expected income with its payday, take-home amount and receiving account. Add a bill or spending estimate with its due date and paying account. These entries describe a plan; they are not proof that money has already moved.

Check the rest of this month

Preview a cash account through month-end from the getting-started list, then open Plan to review the dates and activity behind the estimate or choose a longer range. Add missing bills or income before relying on the result. Return to Transactions to review new bank or card activity.

Understand actual reports

Insights shows posted bank and card activity plus recorded income and expenses. Linked copies count once. Date and account filters apply to actual reports; current balances are a snapshot, not historical net worth.

Review repeated transactions

Open Transaction rules to save a description match and a category. Choose dates, preview the matching bank or card transactions and apply the category after review. Rules do not run automatically; existing category reviews and splits are skipped.

Bring records in or take them with you

Your data lets you download a JSON financial archive after verified sign-in, including after product access expires. It excludes credentials and remote document file contents and is not a full account restore. With active access, import a CSV into one of your existing manual bank or card accounts: map columns, review duplicate warnings and confirm the balance change before importing. Large files require a smaller date range or file; the app does not silently return a partial result.

Budget with your household

Open Household, invite up to four other people, and choose the cash accounts to share. Invitations require a verified matching email address. Members can review shared activity and edit a joint monthly plan. Other personal records stay private. Unsharing an account or removing a member ends their shared access.

Account access and billing

Sign-in and security, Billing and household membership management remain available when product access expires. The original household payer funds eligible Personal access for members; transferring household ownership does not transfer payment responsibility. Paid subscriptions remain closed while final launch checks are completed.

Optional advanced workspaces

Use Tax for supported federal planning and review exports. Use Trader for supported Schwab sync, journals, return analytics, fee schedules, and tax-planning summaries. Neither is required for the Personal workflow.
