Terms of use summary.
BudgetR is planning and operating software. It is not a bank, broker, tax preparer, insurer, or investment advisor.
Product scope
BudgetR helps model, organize, and review financial data. Users remain responsible for decisions, filings, payments, and execution.
No professional advice
The app may calculate and project, but it does not replace legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Use the product only with data and accounts you are authorized to access. Unauthorized imports, access-control bypasses, and third-party account misuse are outside permitted use.
Trial access
Demo access is immediate and read-only. Registration creates a pending account request; an admin must approve it before the trial starts. Automated payment collection is not yet enabled.
Disclaimers and liability
BudgetR is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Projections and calculations can be wrong or out of date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudgetR's liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, and BudgetR is not liable for financial losses arising from decisions made using the product.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using BudgetR and request account deletion at any time. BudgetR may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, access controls, trial provisioning, or other users' data. On termination, data handling follows the privacy notice.
